On April 27, 2018, the Naval Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine introduced the staff of the Personnel Center and initiated measures for its formation. Personnel Center of the Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine will carry out tasks for the implementation of personnel management in the Ukrainian Navy. Its main functions will be to create an effective career management system for servicemen, to ensure a transparent and integrity system of selection, placement and appointment of staff to positions.

The feature of this unit will be the personalization of work with all categories of servicemen in career planning and service.
